Who we are

studionown.com is run by Ana Lirola Fernández, trading as nown (“nown”, “we”, “us”). For any question about your personal information, write to contact@studionown.com.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, the pieces and colours you choose, and the country you ship to.
• When you pay: your payment is handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you write to us: your name, email address and what you tell us.
• When you browse: basic technical information such as your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools (section 7).

Why we use it

• To make, ship and deliver your order, and to keep you informed about it.
• To answer your questions and handle returns.
• To keep accounting and tax records, as the law requires.
• To keep the website working, secure, and to understand how it is used.

We use your information to perform your order, to meet our legal obligations, and in our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what each one needs to do its job:

• Wix.com, which hosts our website and online store.
• Our payment providers (Wix Payments, PayPal and Klarna), which process your payment.
• The postal or courier service that delivers your order, and the customs authorities of the country of delivery.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Some of our service providers store or process your information outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States, and your delivery details travel to the country your order is sent to. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Order and accounting records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Messages: as long as needed to answer you and any follow-up.
• Your country choice and bag on this device: stored in your browser until you clear it.

Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar storage to keep your bag and your country choice, to keep the site secure, and to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the bag and checkout may not work without them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• see the personal information we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
• stop using it for any purpose you agreed to.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to your information is limited to the people who need it to handle your order.

Children

Our website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
