01 Who we are

studionown.com is operated by Ana Lirola Fernández, trading as nown (“nown”, “we”, “us”). Orders are prepared and dispatched from our studio in Doha, Qatar.

02 Our pieces

Every piece is 3D-printed in recycled plastic, then finished and assembled by hand in our studio.

Fine print layers remain visible beneath the pearlescent finish. Small variations in colour, layer lines, surface and dimensions are part of the production process. These characteristics do not, by themselves, indicate a defect. They do not affect your rights if a piece is faulty, does not match its description or is not fit for its intended purpose.

Product photographs and colour references are provided as a guide. Pearlescent finishes change with the light and viewing angle, and colours may appear differently between screens.

Please review the description, dimensions and finish of your chosen piece before ordering. Contact us if you need further information.

03 Using our website

You must have the legal capacity to place an order and use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Please provide accurate and complete contact, billing and delivery information. We use these details to process your purchase and communicate with you about your order.

You must not use the website to place fraudulent orders or interfere with its operation.

04 Prices, currency and taxes

Our prices are set in euros (EUR). Where another currency is displayed, the conversion is provided for reference. Your payment is charged in euros, and your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

The price of your piece and the delivery charge are shown before you complete your purchase.

Orders are dispatched from Doha, Qatar. Unless expressly included at checkout, prices and delivery charges do not include import VAT, import duties, other taxes or customs clearance charges. These are set by the country of delivery and are payable by the recipient.

We may update prices, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.

If we discover an obvious pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you. Where appropriate, you may choose to proceed with the corrected details or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

05 Placing your order

To place an order, select your piece, size and finish, then complete checkout.

After checkout, you will receive an email confirming your order. The purchase contract is formed when we send that confirmation.

Orders are subject to availability. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, where a piece is unavailable, we cannot deliver to the address provided, payment cannot be authorised, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you promptly and refund any payment for the unfulfilled purchase, including any delivery charge that no longer applies. We will not substitute another piece, size or finish without your agreement.

06 Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, alongside Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and iDEAL | Wero. Available methods may depend on your location and are shown at checkout.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not receive your full card details.

Third-party payment services may apply their own terms. Any instalment or deferred-payment arrangement is subject to the relevant provider’s approval and conditions.

07 Changes and cancellation before dispatch

If you would like to change your piece, finish or delivery details, or cancel before dispatch, email contact@studionown.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We will try to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them once an order has been prepared or dispatched. A change may affect the price or delivery time; we will confirm this with you before proceeding.

If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process in section 10.

08 Shipping and delivery

Orders are generally dispatched from our studio in Doha within 48–72 hours, unless a different preparation period is stated before purchase.

Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Transit estimates run from dispatch, rather than the order date. You will receive tracking details when your order ships.

Customs checks, transport disruption and local carrier delays may affect delivery. If there is a significant delay, contact us so we can investigate. Delivery estimates do not affect your rights if an order is not delivered within the agreed period or any period required by applicable law.

Please check your delivery details carefully and respond to reasonable requests from the carrier or customs authority.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to collect it or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Any additional charge for resending will be explained and agreed in advance. Any deduction from a refund must be permitted by applicable law.

Refusing a parcel does not, by itself, notify us that you wish to cancel. Please contact us directly.

We remain responsible for loss or damage during delivery until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the parcel, subject to any exception permitted by applicable law where you independently commission your own carrier.

09 Damaged, incorrect or faulty pieces

If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email contact@studionown.com as soon as possible, preferably within three days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the piece and packaging.

Please keep the packaging while we investigate. Reporting an issue promptly helps us resolve delivery problems; the three-day request does not limit your statutory rights.

For a piece that arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery, without charging you the necessary return shipping costs.

If a fault becomes apparent later, contact us with the details. You retain your statutory rights to goods that conform to their description, are fit for purpose and meet reasonable expectations of quality and durability. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, without charge where legally required.

10 Returns

You can cancel your order and return any piece within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To do so, email contact@studionown.com within those 14 days, then send the piece back within 14 days of telling us.

Please return the piece in its original condition, with its accessories and original packaging where possible. You may handle it as you would in a shop; if it shows more use than that, we may deduct the resulting loss in value.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, incorrect or faulty pieces as described in section 09.

We refund the price paid and the original delivery cost, in euros, to your original payment method within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until the piece is back with us or you provide evidence that you have sent it, whichever happens first.

A simple email saying you wish to cancel is enough.

11 Exchanges

To exchange a piece for another size or finish, return the original purchase under our returns policy and place a new order.

The new purchase is subject to availability and the price shown at the time of ordering.

12 Care and use

Follow any care instructions supplied with your piece.

Damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, unsuitable cleaning or storage does not, by itself, indicate a manufacturing defect. This does not affect your rights where a piece fails to meet the standards required by applicable law.

If you are unsure how to care for your piece, contact us before attempting a treatment or repair.

13 Intellectual property

Rights in our original designs, name, logo, photographs, videos and written content belong to nown or the relevant rights holders.

Purchasing a piece does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design. Except where permitted by law, you may not reproduce our protected designs or use our protected content commercially without the relevant rights holder’s written permission.

14 Communications and complaints

We normally communicate about orders by email, using the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is correct and check your spam or junk folder if an expected message does not arrive.

If you have a complaint, email contact@studionown.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and work with you towards a resolution.

Electronic communications do not affect any right you have to receive information in another form where required by law.

15 Events beyond our reasonable control

If an event beyond our reasonable control affects production or delivery, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect.

These events may include serious transport disruption, natural disasters, government restrictions or significant interruption to essential services. They do not remove any mandatory right to cancel an order or receive a refund.

16 Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty goods, delivery, cancellation or refunds.

Any limitation of our liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17 Privacy

We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version provided when you place your order applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
